30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Not damaged, stained, or altered in any way

Non-returnable items include:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer

Two Types of Returns: Know Your Scenario

We distinguish between two types of return situations, and your responsibility varies accordingly:

Scenario 1: Change of Mind / Remorse Return

If you simply changed your mind, no longer need the item, or ordered the wrong size/color:

  • Return shipping cost: Covered by us (we provide a prepaid return label)
  • Restocking fee: None – we do not charge any restocking or restocking fees
  • Refund amount: Full product refund (original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable)
  • Condition requirement: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached

Scenario 2: Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item Received

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product:

  • Return shipping cost: Covered by us (we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you)
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Refund amount: Full refund including any shipping charges you paid
  • Condition requirement: Please do not return the item before contacting us; we may ask for photos to document the issue

Important: If we determine that an item returned as “defective” shows no actual defect or shows damage caused by customer mishandling, we reserve the right to treat it as a Change of Mind return and apply the corresponding terms.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@oonsale.it.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label (PDF) and return instructions
  3. Print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier drop-off location
  4. Keep your drop-off receipt until your return is processed

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days from receipt
  • Refund issuance: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
  • Refund arrival: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Free Returns – No Hidden Fees

We offer free returns on all eligible items. There are no restocking fees, no re-stocking fees, and no hidden charges. The return label we provide is prepaid – you will not pay anything out of pocket to return an item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
